How do I place a special order?

-You can place a special order through the contact us page. Once you fill out the contact form it will send a email directly to us. You can also call 470-447-8943 between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday- Friday. If we are unavailable please leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

When should I expect my order?

-All Products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3-5 days prior to shipment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please contact us so we can provide you with a tracking number.

Who do you use for shipping?

-All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. For expedited orders please contact us. This will be an extra charge.

Do you ship internationally?

-No we so not ship internationally. This option will be available in the near future!

What is the return policy?

-If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us at support@diannehalyn.com to let us know. We are happy to issue an exchange or store credit once product is returned.
